Upload existing content
You can create learning activities by uploading content from your computer - perhaps Powerpoints, videos, PDFs, Word docs, HTML files, etc - files that you have already created or downloaded from the web.
To create activities by uploading files from your computer...
- From the Your Courses dashboard, click to enter your virtual classroom.
- Use the Learner->Admin button to toggle to the admin view of the classroom.
- Click Add Activity.
- From the activity menu click Upload.
- Click Choose file.
- Use your computer's file explorer to find the file to upload.
- Select the file.
- Click Open.
Supported uploadable file types are Powerpoint, Word Doc, Video, PDF, HTML, and SCORM 1.2.
The file will then be uploaded to your classroom.
- Repeat to upload more of your files as activities.
After uploading activities, it is worth periodically toggling from the admin view to the learner view to see how things are presented to the pupils.
Back in the admin view, the order of activities can be changed by dragging an activity to another position in the sequence.
